Points Schedule for RCBC
NOTE: In general, if co-coordinators are assigned instead of a single coordinator, an
assistant position is eliminated and the total of the coordinator and assistant points are split between the
co-coordinators. For example, two Plant Sales co-coordinators would each get 12 points (no fractions - round down).
Work shift points are generally based on a one point per service hour concept. |
