PLACE: South Hall, Dulles Expo Center, Chantilly, VA (PLEASE NOTE THE REVISED LOCATION)
TIME: Saturday Shift: 1:45 PM to 6:00 PM (PLEASE NOTE THE ADDITIONAL SHIFT)
Sunday Shift 1: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Sunday Shift 2: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
WHAT: The Washington Bridal Showcase is one of the largest bridal shows on the East Coast. Approximately 250 exhibitors of wedding products and services participate in the show. Crew members and parents will help exhibitors move their boxes of brochures and other display items both in (Saturday Shift and Sunday Shift 1) and out (Sunday Shift 2) of the show location. This is an important fund raiser for the Robinson Crew team and we really need your support.
Showcase Productions, Inc. will provide information about Robinson Crew to exhibitors prior to the show. Exhibitors will be encouraged to make donations to Robinson Crew for our help.
Many rowers and parents are needed for a successful fundraiser. We will need the following staffing for the shifts:
Ø 30 rowers/parents for the Saturday Shift (FULL)
Ø 40 rowers/parents for Sunday Shift 1 (still could use 5 more people)
Ø 40 rowers/parents for Sunday Shift 2. (still need approximately 12 parents/rowers)
Volunteers will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We really need hand carts or dollies to help move heavy boxes and displays into and out of the show location. If you have a hand cart or dolly that we could use, please call one of the coordinators below. If you have a hand cart or dolly that we could use, but you cannot volunteer, please let us know, and one of the coordinators will pick it up prior to that day. Thanks!

POINTS: Saturday Shift: 3 or 4 points (based on arrival time due to arrival time change)
Sunday Shift 1: 3 points
Sunday Shift 2: 2 points
Points awarded for each person who works the complete shift to the rower to whom they are associated; in other words, everyone who works earns points for the rower they are supporting.
An additional point will be awarded for bringing a dolly or handcart (no luggage carts, please).
